Divorce is widely regarded as being one of the most stressful things a person can go through in life. It’s tough, I know, I have been there too. But just imagine if you could find space for calm and clarity in the midst of this chaos. This program is for you if you are going through a divorce and want to:

Hello! My name is Simon Allaway. I am a graduate of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. In my free time I am a marathon runner and a year-round open water swimmer. I also practice mindful movement through Contact Improvisation dance. I have been using mindfulness and other related tools for many years now to overcome various challenges in my life, including that of navigating a long and difficult divorce.
Free introductory sessions
